Client 

The place of the client in a project can be defined as the assessment that can be individual or an organization commits and finances the project whether directly or indirectly. Accordingly, types of clients vary in two categories of its focus and its origin, organization. Such client types according to focus are project manager, land owner, developer, investor and finance.

A project manager is an expert advisor who represents the client and its responsibilities for the day-to-day management of a project. Have impact on the client development of the planning, organizes the roles and responsibilities of customer representatives, champions and user panels, provides information and instructions, develops a project execution plan including choice of procurement route and contracts, contributes to risk management practices, value management exercises and design reviews. In addition to that, a developer builds, redevelops or renovates buildings to make a profit. Effects of the developer in a project are the initiation and evaluation, land and property acquisition, design and permissions, build, management or disposal. These two client type have different effect in the overall project process.
